WHAT IS RETURNABLE? Because VIBRANT® sells medical grade products, all VIBRANT® brand, and third-party brand product(s) sales are final. The following items are non-returnable for product(s) replacement:

• Opened products
• Products in boxes or bottles with broken seals
• Items not purchased at vibrantskin.com
• Items without an order number or packing slip
• Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a VIBRANT® Gift Card (final sales)
